I have autocharge activated on my car – but I want to pay with a charge card, how do I do it?

Charging card

1. Place your charging card against the RFID icon under the screen.
2. Select the desired outlet using the buttons below the charger screen
3. Lift out the charging glove from the selected charging socket and connect it to your vehicle.

APP

1. Open your charge card issuer’s app.
2. Look for the EVSE ID that physically appears to the right of the socket you want to use (eg “SENMAE4*1”).
3. Once you find the socket in the app, click or swipe to start the charging process, depending on the operator’s interface.
4. Lift out the charging glove from the selected charging socket and connect it to your vehicle.
