Starta: 1. Öppna appen ”Nima Energy” och registrera ett konto om du inte redan gjort det. 2. Välj laddaren du står vid, exempelvis Munkedal 2, därefter laddhandske 1 eller 2. Namnet ser du bland annat på laddarens skärm. Därefter väljer du laddhandske i appen. 3. Tryck på AutoCharge istället för Svep & Ladda. 4. Koppla laddhandsken till din bil för att starta laddningen. Efter drygt 40 sekunder startar laddningen och din bil är nu registrerad med AutoCharge. Framöver behöver du bara koppla valfri laddhandske hos Nima till ditt fordon för att AutoCharge ska starta. Du kan följa din laddning via appen med information om hur mycket du har laddat, laddhastighet och hur många procent din bil har. Alla fordon stöder inte AutoCharge, vänligen kontrollera med din biltillverkare. Avsluta: 1. Tryck på knappen ”avsluta” i appen eller på knappen på laddaren. 2. Q: Charging does not start even though the charging cable is connected

Check that the charging point is available in the app. It can be reserved or temporarily out of use. To be able to load, you need to follow the instructions in our app or the instructions on the screen when paying by card. Some cars have unique routines. A good tip is to check these in the car's manual.

Q: The charging cable is stuck and I can't get it out. How do I do?

In order for the charging cable to release the contact with the car, you must end the charging. You can do that most easily in the app. If that doesn't work, you can check that the cable is properly connected to the car, and try to finish charging again. In some cases, the car must be ready to release the charging cable, in which case the car may need to be unlocked. Read in your car's manual what applies to that particular car. Q: How do I add a payment card to the app?

To register a new card, you need to remove your existing payment method. You can then register a new card and start charging again.

The Nima Energy app is available for download on the App Store or Google Play Store.

Q: How do I log in? What are my login details?

You only need to register a payment card and start charging with the app. To be able to log in, you need an account with us. To create an account, simply follow the instructions in the app. No account is required to use the app.

Q: How do I pay in the app?

When you have registered a payment card in the Nima Energy app, an amount will be reserved on your payment card, after which the cost of charging will be deducted. In the app, you choose the payment method that suits you best. Right now we support Visa or Mastercard.

Q: How do I pay with you? Charging tray? App?

At our charging stations, you can pay with a payment card in a card reader on the charger. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express (AMEX). You can also pay via our app Nima Energy, as well as register your vehicle for AutoCharge in our app. Does your company have a larger number of vehicles and an interest in charging against an invoice?
